Key structural details:

  • Carbon Fiber exterior shell - 16 layers printed through carbon 3D printer.

  • Liquid rocket fuel in a lighter enclosure - reduces weight up to 2500 pounds.

  • Oxidation assembly is reduced because of the overall weight of the rocket by ~ 3.5x.

  • Payload increases by up to ~ 4x the initial payload with existing fuel chambers or upto ~2x with reduced fuel needs.

  • Carbon + Silicon exterior shell for the payload top to protect from the heat descent (~reduces the overall temperature by 3000 degrees).

  • Engines - Light weight engines for increased thrust.

  • Reduced water gallon usage by ~15 times for minimal launchpad cooling.
